Role Overview

Ali & Sons Holding LLC is seeking a Financial Analyst in Dubai, UAE to join its Finance team. This position is suited to a detail-driven professional who enjoys interpreting financial data, transforming it into clear business insights, and contributing to better strategic decisions.

The role focuses on pulling together information from different business units, preparing management information reports, and supporting core finance activities such as budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and audit-related work.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and summarize financial information from multiple business units for MIS reporting within required timelines.
• Work with teams across the organization to make sure management reports are accurate and complete.
• Help build annual budgets and forecasts by studying performance trends and spotting opportunities to reduce costs.
• Support financial consolidation by gathering and checking data from several departments.
• Prepare and match audit schedules for group-level consolidated financial statements.
• Analyze financial results to measure business performance, recognize patterns, and identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Look for ways to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and strengthen the quality of financial reporting.
• Apply best practices and automation tools to enhance budgeting, consolidation, and reporting activities.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Head of Reporting and Consolidation.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce is required.
• Relevant experience of 3 to 5 years is expected, with consultancy experience considered an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, CMA, or ACCA will be viewed positively.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office is essential; familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or other accounting systems is beneficial.
• The ideal candidate should have strong analytical ability, sound problem-solving skills, and excellent attention to detail.
