Role Overview
This position calls for a seasoned franchise professional to drive expansion, strengthen partner relationships, and support daily operations across the franchise network. The role involves spotting growth opportunities, helping franchisees succeed, and ensuring every location follows the company’s standards and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and roll out franchise growth plans that support broader business expansion targets.
- Research, assess, and develop new franchise opportunities and market-entry plans.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with franchise partners, investors, and other business stakeholders.
- Support franchise onboarding, training, and operational execution.
- Track franchise performance, revenue outcomes, customer experience, and operational KPIs.
- Make sure all franchise outlets follow brand guidelines, company policies, and operating procedures.
- Advise and support franchisees so they can improve business results.
- Carry out market research and competitor analysis to uncover expansion possibilities.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and legal teams on franchise-related projects.
- Prepare performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in franchise management, business development, retail operations, or a closely related field.
- Preferably 2 or more years of experience handling franchise networks, partnerships, or expansion initiatives.
- Solid knowledge of franchise operations, business expansion methods, and partner relationship management.
- Hands-on experience in franchise sales, negotiation, and relationship building.
- Strong analytical thinking, commercial awareness, and problem-solving capability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate several franchise partners and projects at the same time.
- Background in retail, hospitality, consumer services, or multi-location businesses is an advantage.
- Comfort working independently in a remote setup.
