Role overview
Mindrift is seeking an experienced Presentation Designer for a Tendem project focused on advanced storytelling within a hybrid AI-and-human workflow. In this freelance, part-time remote role, you will turn complex information into polished, convincing presentations and one-pagers, while AI agents handle repetitive tasks and you provide the judgment, visual structure, and design expertise needed for high-impact delivery.

What you will do
- Create persuasive pitch decks and one-page materials customized for different audiences and objectives.
- Transform dense or layered data into clear, minimalist, and visually structured storytelling.
- Improve slide quality through refined typography, bespoke fonts, tasteful motion, and consistent visual treatment.
- Maintain a premium style that blends corporate professionalism with creative polish.
- Check alignment, pacing, and brand consistency carefully before final handoff.
Tools used
You should be comfortable working with PowerPoint or Keynote, and also be able to use Adobe Creative Suite or Figma for graphics, layouts, and supporting visuals.
Requirements
- Preferably 2+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a similar creative discipline is an advantage.
- Strong command of presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Keynote for building detailed, animated decks.
- Advanced capability with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop, or with Figma.
- Ability to organize complex information and multi-level data into simple, hierarchy-driven visuals.
- Strong typography and animation skills with an eye for refined, premium output.
- English proficiency at Upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher is required.
- Experience producing high-end, corporate-meets-creative presentation layouts.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to visual accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and solve design issues without close supervision.
- A CV must include a portfolio link showing presentation work, pitch decks, and data visualization examples; applications without a relevant portfolio will not be considered.

Project expectations
During active phases, the workload is estimated at around 10 to 20 hours per week. This is only an estimate and is not guaranteed; it applies only while the project is active.
Compensation
Contributors may earn up to the equivalent of $50 per hour, depending on experience level and contribution pace. Pay can vary by project based on scope, complexity, and expertise required.
