Role overview

The Front Desk Administrator in Riyadh is central to both client service and revenue support. The position focuses on creating a polished first impression, improving repeat visits, assisting with bookings and retail sales, and keeping front-of-house activities aligned with the company’s standards and Saudi Municipality requirements.

The role reports to the KSA Operations Manager and is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Core duties

  • Welcome visitors courteously, register them, and direct them so they feel attended to and comfortable from the moment they arrive.
  • Handle communication by phone, WhatsApp, and email in English and/or Arabic, making sure responses are timely and accurate.
  • Coordinate appointments, confirmations, and reminders to help improve attendance rates.

  • Keep the reception and waiting spaces clean, orderly, and consistent with premium brand standards.

  • Work toward monthly sales and upselling goals.
  • Support in-branch marketing activities that help attract new clients.

  • Carry out daily cash closing and reconciliation with Finance.

  • Coordinate with Operations on maintenance needs, supplies, and equipment servicing.
  • Work closely with therapists, treatment coordinators, and management to keep client flow smooth.
  • Attend training sessions to strengthen sales, service, and retention capabilities.
  • Show punctuality, reliability, accountability, and flexibility with shift patterns.

Qualifications and background

A high school diploma or above is required, while a diploma in Administration or Customer Service is preferred. The role calls for 1 to 3 years of experience in front desk, sales, or customer service, ideally gained in beauty, wellness, or hospitality.
