Role Overview
We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact at the park and provide a warm, professional welcome to guests.
Key Duties
- Deliver a consistently high level of guest service.
- Handle guest arrivals and departures accurately and efficiently.
- Use the park’s reservation platform to process bookings and maintain guest accounts.
- Liaise with the housekeeping team to stay updated on accommodation readiness.
- Provide visitors with details about the property and nearby places of interest.
- Manage routine office administration tasks on a daily basis.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with park staff, residents, and guests.
What Success in This Role Looks Like
- Prior front office experience in the hospitality sector.
- Strong commitment to delivering an excellent guest experience.
- Comfort using computers and reservation systems such as RMS or a similar platform.
- Clear communication skills and confident interpersonal abilities.
- Accuracy when handling cash.
- Strong planning, organisation, and attention to detail.
- A positive, energetic, and enthusiastic approach.
- Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings when required.
- A current driver licence is required.

Additional Information
Selected candidates will need to agree to a Federal Police Clearance before a job offer is finalised.
This position can include substantial manual handling, such as lifting items up to 20 kg, kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.
