Sofina Foods Europe is hiring reliable and driven General Operatives to become part of its production team in Fethard, County Tipperary. This is a full-time, permanent position in a busy manufacturing setting where speed, precision, collaboration, and dependability are important every day.

The pay for this role is €14.40 per hour.

What you will do

• Check that products meet the required specifications, including size, weight, and colour.
• Make adjustments to machine settings based on the product being processed and production requirements.
• Quickly inform the team leader about any issues with equipment or product quality.
• Assist with processing meat products according to the required standards.
• Package and apply labels to finished products accurately and efficiently.
• Keep the work area clean and hygienic in line with internal procedures.
• Work in accordance with all health and safety rules at all times.
• Deliver consistent output while meeting production goals.
• Follow food safety and quality standards strictly throughout the shift.
• Contribute effectively as part of a team and work independently when needed.
• Move between tasks or production areas as required.
