Program overview

This opportunity is designed for new graduates and early-career candidates who want to begin an international career instead of moving directly into office-based work. The role places you in China, where you will gain overseas experience, develop transferable abilities, and receive a salary while working in an education setting. Prior classroom teaching experience is not needed, and the company provides training, visa support, and career development resources.

What the role involves

• Teach English to children and teenagers aged 3 to 16 in an engaging, interactive classroom environment.
• Use the organization’s curriculum and digital learning tools to deliver energetic lessons.
• Offer helpful feedback to support learners as they improve their confidence and English ability.
• Join school-based events, cultural programs, and activities that support student participation.

Compensation and benefits

• Competitive pay with a performance-related bonus available after 6 months.

Accommodation and visa notes

The first two weeks of hotel accommodation are treated as a sponsorship benefit if the first-year contract is successfully completed. The sponsored legal Z visa costs are reimbursed.
