Role Summary

This position is for a skilled and detail-focused Graphic Designer / Visual Design Specialist who will create polished visual materials for marketing, sales, product packaging, digital channels, and brand-building initiatives. The ideal candidate is self-driven, visually sharp, and comfortable managing several design assignments from concept to final delivery. A strong grasp of layout, typography, color, branding, print preparation, digital design, and maintaining consistency across assets is essential.

You will work closely with marketing, sales, purchasing, and product teams to develop and update a broad range of creative deliverables such as product brochures, catalogs, presentations, labels, packaging artwork, digital ads, social media visuals, website graphics, and physical sales materials. This role is suited to a designer who enjoys transforming ideas into refined, effective, and visually compelling work.

Work Location

The office is located at 600 Mid Florida Dr, Orlando, Florida. The selected candidate must work from the office; this is not a remote role.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality visuals for marketing campaigns, sales collateral, packaging, labels, digital content, and print materials.
  • Design brochures, catalogs, flyers, presentations, product sheets, signage, advertisements, and branded sales assets.
  • Build and update product labels and packaging graphics while keeping information accurate, consistent, and production-ready.
  • Coordinate with purchasing and production partners so printed items, labels, and packaging meet company standards.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials, including fonts, colors, layout, imagery, logos, and overall visual style.
  • Develop graphics for digital use, including websites, email campaigns, social media, online advertising, and other marketing channels.
  • Support the sales team with professional presentations, product displays, catalogs, and enablement materials.
  • Prepare final artwork that is ready for print vendors, packaging suppliers, and internal distribution.
  • Maintain an organized asset library containing logos, templates, product photos, packaging files, sales documents, and brand resources.
  • Assist with image editing, retouching, mockups, and layout development.
  • Create motion graphics, basic animations, and video-related assets when needed for promotions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand goals and turn them into effective visual solutions.
  • Review completed designs for accuracy, alignment, spacing, color quality, and brand compliance before release.

Requirements

  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; After Effects is an added advantage.
  • A portfolio that clearly shows work in graphic design, layout, branding, packaging, print, and digital design.
  • Hands-on experience creating both print and digital design assets.
  • Good understanding of print production, including file setup, bleeds, color modes, resolution, packaging artwork, and vendor-ready output.
