You would join a four-person Sales Operations team as a hands-on GTM Engineer focused on building and scaling that system. This is explicitly a builder position rather than a RevOps administration role or a campaign marketing role.

Your mission

Your core objective is to convert an existing outbound motion into a scalable, international top-of-funnel engine that can support growth across markets.

Key responsibilities

  • Improve and expand the current outbound list infrastructure so it can operate at larger scale.
  • Raise the depth and reliability of enrichment data across multiple markets.
  • Translate ICPs, signals, and intent indicators into ranked, sales-ready opportunities.
  • Create and fine-tune enrichment and scoring rules using Clay and data providers.
  • Develop and support automation workflows with tools such as n8n, APIs, and webhooks.
  • Maintain accurate routing, segmentation, and CRM synchronization in HubSpot.
  • Experiment with new AI tools, scripts, and workflow ideas to improve leverage and efficiency.

  • Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written.

Work arrangement and additional conditions

The role is open to international remote candidates, provided their working hours overlap significantly with German business hours, within a two-hour window on either side.

The position also requires willingness to travel regularly, approximately once per quarter.
