The company supports a broad customer base that includes civil engineering and construction contractors, asset owners, consulting engineers, and smaller builders. This opening is for a Hire Desk Controller based in the Glasgow area, supporting the expanding Hire Desk Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities
- Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and a service-focused approach that helps improve performance and support revenue growth.
- Carry out outbound telesales activity to help raise sales volumes.
- Enhance customer service standards by helping to reduce non-conformance reports.
- Track depot transport operations and help ensure resources are used in the most efficient and cost-effective way.
- Follow health and safety requirements and help maintain compliance across the depot.
Requirements
- GCSE-level education.
- Minimum 12 months of experience in customer service and sales.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving ability.
- Active listening skills.
- Comfortable using IT systems.
