Host Responsibilities

• Act as the primary greeter and first point of contact for all patrons, embodying the Banff Hospitality Brand.
• Efficiently and courteously greet and seat guests, managing the flow of the dining room.
• Support the service team by assisting servers and clearing tables to ensure a smooth operation.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and a positive attitude throughout shifts.
• Contribute to a seamless service flow and an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A flexible schedule is required to accommodate business needs.
• A strong work ethic and a proven ability to be a positive team player.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
