Role Overview

As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for dining guests and a key part of shaping a warm, polished restaurant experience. The role focuses on creating strong first impressions, organizing reservations and seating, and helping every guest feel welcomed and cared for throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly, handle reservations, and arrange seating to create a positive start to the dining experience.
• Manage table assignments, waiting lists, and guest needs to keep restaurant traffic running smoothly.
• Respond to guest questions, support special requests where possible, and contribute to a memorable level of service.
• Coordinate closely with service and kitchen teams so communication stays clear and operations remain seamless.
• Keep the reception and waiting areas tidy, orderly, and inviting, with menus and host stand materials well maintained and presentable.
• Follow all required health, safety, and sanitation procedures to support the well-being of guests and colleagues.
