What the Role Involves

• Keep resident apartments, bathrooms, and shared community areas clean by sweeping, dusting, removing waste, wet mopping, waxing, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Carry out deeper cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, shampooing, and deodorizing carpets, along with cleaning a variety of surfaces across the property.
• Respond promptly to emergencies in resident rooms when needed.
• Record cleaning work and related activities as required.
• Interact with residents and visitors in a courteous, friendly, and professional way.
