Role Overview
American Senior Communities is hiring a full-time Housekeeping/Laundry Aide for the Coventry Meadows location on a day shift. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, sanitary, comfortable, and home-like setting for residents, staff, and visitors through housekeeping and laundry support.
Responsibilities
- Provide cleaning and laundry support to help keep the community safe, sanitary, and welcoming.
- Contribute to an environment that feels comfortable and homelike for residents and others in the facility.
- Use a supportive approach that helps create a reassuring and engaging atmosphere for residents.
- Work collaboratively with the team toward high standards of care and service.
Skills Needed
- Ability to interact in a caring and reassuring manner with older adults.
- Strong teamwork and cooperation skills.
- Physical stamina, strength, and endurance for cleaning-related duties.
- Dependability and accountability in day-to-day work.
- Attention to cleanliness, sanitation, and detail.
Requirements

- Have a high school diploma or GED, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
