About the Role
Felder Services is seeking a dedicated Laundry employee for West Gate Village, a long-term care facility in Brewton, AL, focused on geriatric care. This role demands a commitment to excellence, reliability, adaptability, responsibility, a positive outlook, and consistent attendance. Our core mission is "Quality Care is Our Commitment."
Responsibilities
- Execute daily housekeeping duties and specific assigned tasks according to established procedures.
- Maintain work areas in a clean, safe, comfortable, and appealing condition.
- Manage daily laundry functions and specific assigned tasks in line with established laundry protocols.
- Report directly to the Director of Housekeeping and Laundry Services and/or the Administrator.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
- Excellent attendance is mandatory.
- Must demonstrate the ability to interact positively and favorably with residents and their families.
- Must be able to collaborate effectively with fellow associates.
