Overview

This contract role is for a Global Mobility Expert working remotely for an international organization. The position focuses on building and evaluating structured rubrics used to train AI systems on employee travel, expatriate, and cross-border movement scenarios.

Compensation

The engagement pays between $20 and $50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, refine, and evaluate structured rubrics that help train AI models on global employee mobility situations.
• Convert complex mobility processes and data into clear tasks that can be used for AI assessment and evaluation.
• Work with HR, security, and communications teams to keep outputs aligned with company procedures and continuity planning.
• Use crisis management experience to develop multi-step, realistic scenarios for AI training and scoring.
• Review model responses and improve them based on reasoning quality, decision-making under uncertainty, and response-planning strength.
• Record best practices and apply subject-matter expertise to support enterprise mobility rubric development.

Requirements

• Proven background in global mobility, expatriate support, or international HR operations.
• Prior experience creating or reviewing rubrics, with the ability to give structured feedback for AI-focused or data-driven work.
• Strong decision-making skills gained through crisis management, emergency operations, or incident response work.
• Working knowledge of how HR, security, and communications workflows typically operate in organizations.
• Excellent written and spoken communication abilities, along with a careful eye for detail and clarity.
