Role overview
Join a corporate functions team that plays an active role in moving the business forward. In this position, you will help manage a wide range of HR operations that support employees and leaders across the organization, with a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and process excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Handle employee lifecycle tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, induction sessions, document collection, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Process updates in Workday, including changes to employee records, job movements, and exit workflows such as goodbye transactions.
- Keep employee information accurate and up to date in the HRIS, including access management, system administration, and permissions control.
- Support payroll by consolidating inputs related to new joiners, departures, contract extensions, leave, overtime, timesheets, allowances, and deductions.
- Assist with leave administration, overtime monitoring, and timesheet processing.
- Coordinate employee benefits administration, including census data for medical and life insurance.
- Draft HR letters and handle general employee questions related to HR matters.
- Provide administrative HR support, including business card requests and related documentation.
- Manage contract renewal coordination and follow approval workflows through completion.
- Support employment contracts managed under Employer of Record arrangements across multiple countries, including Qatar, Oman, and Israel.
- Assist with relocation and repatriation activities by working with both internal teams and external partners.
- Support recruitment-related coordination such as requisitions, approvals, and interview scheduling with Talent Acquisition.
- Help manage probation reviews and confirmation actions with line managers.
- Track compliance requirements such as Code of Business Conduct and Conflict of Interest declarations.
- Assist with employee relations cases by organizing investigations, records, and follow-up actions.
- Administer recognition initiatives and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate internal announcements and employee communications.
- Work with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to maintain and refresh job descriptions.
- Support compensation review cycles through data preparation and coordination.
- Prepare and revise HR policies, SOPs, and process documents.
- Contribute ideas and actions that improve HR efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally within the UAE.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Working knowledge of labor law and HR compliance expectations.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday and employee data maintenance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong accuracy and care when handling confidential information.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong people skills and the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and organize time well.
- Sound problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
