About the internship

What you'll do
- Support recruitment activities such as publishing openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Help maintain employee information with attention to correctness, privacy, and record-keeping discipline.
- Assist with onboarding and induction activities for newly hired team members.
- Provide support in payroll and employee benefits administration tasks.
- Contribute to training and employee development initiatives.
- Assist with performance review activities, including collecting feedback and helping with evaluations.
- Carry out general administrative tasks for the HR team whenever needed.
Skills expected
Comfort with MS Office tools, especially MS Word and MS Excel, is important for day-to-day support in this internship. The company is also looking for candidates who are proactive, attentive to detail, and eager to learn in the field of HR.
