What you will do

• Handle a steady stream of complex software project setups and configuration work tailored to the needs of each production.
• Review inbound setup requests and written support tickets while balancing accuracy and speed across multiple active projects.
• Work from Asana checklists and established setup protocols to complete each assignment consistently.
• Escalate or hand off issues to the appropriate teammates when needed.
• Use Intercom to organize, monitor, and close setup-related requests efficiently.
• Raise bug reports and development requests on behalf of users when product fixes or enhancements are needed.
• Help train new Implementation Specialists and provide ongoing setup support as they ramp up.
• Assist with planning and coordinating user communications when required.
• Occasionally support Technical Account Management with technical guidance on setup quality, while account managers handle primary client communication.
• Work with the Digital Project Manager on audits and project checklists to preserve consistency and quality across the platform.

What you need

• A bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience working with complex, highly configurable software such as ERP, payroll, accounting, project management, or production systems.
• At least 1 year of experience in software implementation or project onboarding.
• Comfort managing large volumes of work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Strong personal accountability and care in completing tasks correctly.
• The ability to self-check, self-correct, and stay aware of mistakes or gaps.
• A problem-solving mindset focused on finding the right solution rather than simply finishing the task.
• A methodical, process-first approach with pride in getting configurations exactly right.
• A strong interest in becoming a deep technical expert in GreenSlate’s platform and understanding every available setting and option.
• Proven ability to navigate and configure complex, layered software systems, especially where customization is extensive.
• Exposure to production workflows and basic accounting concepts is an advantage.
• Clear and concise written communication skills for explaining technical setup details.
• A very strong focus on accuracy and detail.

Additional information

Salary: The stated annual compensation range is $60,000 to $72,000.

Physical requirements: This role may involve regular use of hearing and vision, sitting and standing, and manual dexterity for standard office equipment. Required vision includes both close and distant focus. The work environment includes typical office equipment. On occasion, the employee may be asked to work beyond the normal daily schedule. The role may also require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
