Overview
This role is designed for a motivated early-career sales professional who wants to build practical experience in account management and business development. You will support the handling of established customer accounts while learning directly from experienced team members in a fast-paced commercial environment in Berlin.
What you will do
- Support the management of an existing account portfolio while learning the sales workflow through direct, hands-on guidance from senior colleagues.
- Study customer profiles in depth to uncover unmet needs, identify expansion opportunities, and help create additional revenue channels.
- Use the CRM platform to manage new contracts, respond to sales-related requests, and track incoming inquiries.
- Apply the sales method in practice by reaching out to current customers first and then new prospects, following the team’s established selling steps to strengthen long-term relationships.
Skills and qualifications
- Suitable for a recent graduate or an energetic beginner with a business-oriented mindset and up to 1 year of experience in sales administration.
- Strong command of English is required; knowledge of another European language such as German, French, or a Nordic language is a strong plus.
- Should be driven, self-starting, and comfortable working through pressure, rejection, and ambiguity with a positive, outgoing approach.
