Role Overview

G4S is looking for a professionally trained Lady Security Guard to support site safety and security operations. The role involves safeguarding premises such as construction sites, courts, retail outlets, warehouses, banks, and factories, while helping prevent theft, trespassing, and other security incidents.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will carry out routine foot or vehicle patrols, manage access control at entry and exit points, oversee security equipment, monitor CCTV, and respond quickly to emergencies. You will also assist in identifying suspicious activity and reducing the risk of criminal behavior on site.

• Safeguard the premises, assets, and confidential information.
• Submit daily updates and reports to the supervisor as per established procedures.
• Follow company policies and operational guidelines at all times.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental instructions.
• Operate and keep watch over security systems and equipment.
• Regulate the movement of people, materials, and vehicles entering or leaving the site.
• Conduct foot patrols to identify unsafe conditions or hazards to property and people.
• Inspect exterior parking areas as needed to help protect vehicles and detect unauthorized persons.
• Prepare written reports whenever required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants should have passed at least 10th standard.
• Minimum height requirement is 5 feet for women.
• Freshers should be between 18 and 35 years of age.
• Experienced security guards may apply up to 40 years of age.
• Candidates must be physically and medically fit and should present a mature appearance.

Additional Information

The role is based in Chandigarh and is a full-time, on-site position. The job requires discipline, attention to detail, adherence to procedure, and readiness to handle security-related duties across different types of premises.
