Position Overview

This role is for a meticulous and well-organized administrator to oversee a major member learning benefit. As the main point of contact, you will help ensure smooth access for members and internal staff to professional development resources, while connecting the work of Education, Career Development, and Membership teams to support engagement and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee license activity by tracking activations and carrying out deactivations according to established business rules.
  • Serve as the first contact for the LinkedIn Learning shared inbox and respond promptly and professionally to questions from members and staff.
  • Arrange internal team meetings and join routine meetings with LinkedIn corporate representatives to remain aligned on product updates and strategy.
  • Keep a central repository of important LinkedIn Learning documents up to date and well organized.
  • Prepare and send recurring reports to stakeholders covering activation patterns, usage data, and member participation.

Qualifications
