Logistics Coordinator

Role overview

What you will do

• Manage customer orders from receipt through completion, following the client’s instructions and operating procedures.
• Handle planning, booking, and transportation arrangements for shipments.
• Track shipment progress and coordinate follow-up activities until delivery.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, administrative records, filing, and invoicing tasks.
• Carry out freight audit checks.
• Keep customers informed through internal and external shipment updates by email, EDI, and other channels.
• Resolve operational issues as they arise.
• Record and report non-conformities in line with KPI standards.
• Work with approved subcontractors based on agreed pricing and terms.
• Ensure orders are processed end to end, accurately and on time.
• Provide clear reporting to the Team Leader.

What we are looking for

This role is open to fresh graduates. Experience in logistics is an added advantage, especially in ocean or air freight. The ideal person will be comfortable using Microsoft Office or similar business software, communicate well in written and spoken English, show initiative, stay organized, pay close attention to detail, learn quickly, and work effectively with others.
