Role overview
This position is for a Sink / Wire EDM Machine Operator at Aptiv in Kochi, Kerala. The role focuses on running machines to produce tooling components that match specified drawing dimensions.
What you will do
- Operate Sink and Wire EDM machines to manufacture tooling parts according to engineering drawings.
- Check dimensions and ensure finished parts align with the required specifications.
- Work with machining tools and apply appropriate cutting speeds and feed settings.
- Carry out basic machine upkeep and support routine troubleshooting when issues arise.
Experience and qualification
Candidates should have at least 4 years of relevant experience. The required educational background is ITI or Diploma.
