Role Overview
PwC India is looking for a Manager to lead GCC sales efforts in Bengaluru. The role focuses on identifying high-potential clients, shaping market entry strategies, and growing the business through strong relationships, tailored proposals, and disciplined pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities
- Use existing GCC industry relationships to find, approach, and convert prospective clients while building a solid understanding of their business priorities, pain points, and objectives.
- Create and roll out go-to-market plans for new market entry and expansion, working with internal teams to adapt PwC’s offerings to each client’s needs.
- Develop trusted relationships with influential stakeholders and senior decision-makers across target accounts.
- Partner with solution architects, consultants, and subject matter experts to prepare customised proposals that solve client-specific problems and clearly demonstrate PwC’s value.
- Track and manage the sales funnel, including leads, opportunities, and deal progression, using CRM tools to maintain visibility and accurate forecasts.
- Monitor market movements, competitor actions, and regulatory changes to spot new opportunities and refine market intelligence efforts.
- Drive commercial negotiations and contract discussions, coordinating with legal and finance teams to ensure balanced and workable terms.
- Consistently deliver against revenue goals and provide structured updates to senior leadership on performance, risks, and achievements.
What the Role Requires
- At least 8 years of experience in GCC sales.
- Strong capability in sales execution and account management.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and managing account-level P&L.
- A bachelor’s degree is mandatory; professional certifications will be considered an added advantage.
Preferred Domain Exposure
- Experience in CPG, life sciences, and pharmaceuticals.
- Background in collaborating on global accounts and overseeing P&L for GCC accounts.
- Understanding of Built-Operate-Transfer models used for GCCs and CoEs.
