ReBloom is already profitable, demand is growing quickly, and the company is expanding its commercial team.
The Opportunity
This role is for someone commercially minded, intellectually sharp, and eager to contribute to market development. You will study the institutional landscape, identify and investigate prospective clients, and take ownership of outreach and pipeline progress. It is well suited to candidates who are interested in private markets and want to help build a business that is already gaining momentum. The position can work either as a full-time role or alongside studies; the main requirements are motivation, commercial judgment, and the ability to communicate with a sophisticated audience.
What You Will Do
- Review and map the institutional investor and asset manager ecosystem to pinpoint strong prospects.
- Run organized outreach to both new and existing clients in the target segments.
- Investigate companies, funds, and individuals to gather useful background before contacting them.
- Maintain CRM records, monitor pipeline activity, and manage follow-up sequences.
- Partner with the CEO and senior commercial stakeholders on deal preparation and client communications.
- Translate market research and intelligence into practical insights for the commercial team.
What We Are Looking For
- A strong analytical approach, with an interest in researching markets, identifying patterns, and connecting data points.
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to speak credibly to institutional professionals.
- Interest in private markets, venture capital, asset management, or financial technology.
- A proactive, organized working style with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
- Authentic enthusiasm for ReBloom’s mission and the chance to contribute to something meaningful.
- Previous exposure through an internship or job in finance, investing, consulting, or commercial work is helpful but not mandatory.
- English fluency is required; knowledge of other European languages is considered an advantage.
