Role Overview

This remote US-based Marketing Associate role sits within the North America marketing function. The position supports marketing activity across Kendamil, Kendakids, and upcoming brand launches across the US and broader North American market. It is an operationally focused role that helps keep day-to-day marketing work organized and moving, with involvement in social media, influencer and ambassador programs, sampling, events, digital content, community engagement, and fulfilment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily management of the brand’s social channels by engaging with the audience and helping maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Assist with ambassador and influencer programs by coordinating relationships, tracking content, and compiling campaign reports.
  • Oversee the logistics for sampling, gifting, and fulfilment so deliveries reach influencers, healthcare professionals, partners, and event attendees on time.
  • Help organize and execute consumer-facing events, conferences, and trade shows, including planning and logistics.
  • Keep retailer website content current and accurate by updating product details, assets, and brand-aligned information.
  • Contribute to marketing campaign delivery through reporting, creative coordination, asset management, and collaboration across teams.
  • Set up marketing meetings, maintain project trackers, and provide ongoing administrative and operational support.
  • Watch social trends, spot engagement opportunities, and share ideas that can increase awareness and community growth.

Experience and Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, social media, brand management, ecommerce support, or a similar function, either agency-side or in-house.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write effectively for parent-focused audiences.
  • Excellent organization skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to juggle several priorities at once.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace tools such as Docs, Sheets, and Slides, plus basic project management software.
  • Hands-on experience using social platforms and applying community management best practices.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events, around 5% to 10%.
