Overview
Allied X is building a modern allied health model that prioritises flexibility, strong clinical support, and meaningful outcomes for the communities it serves. The organisation is hiring an Occupational Therapist in Sydney to deliver impactful care, particularly across mental health and psychosocial disability support.
This role suits both experienced practitioners and recent graduates who are ready to begin their OT career with guidance, mentorship, and a clear support structure.

Role responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred occupational therapy services within the NDIS framework
- Complete functional, sensory, and psychosocial assessments
- Assist clients in building independence, participation, and day-to-day living skills
- Partner with families, support coordinators, and other allied health professionals to coordinate care
- Contribute to the ongoing development and quality of Allied X’s Sydney services
Candidate profile
- Registered Occupational Therapist with AHPRA, or a new graduate awaiting registration
- Genuine interest in helping participants achieve their goals and increase independence
- Able to work independently while also contributing effectively in a team environment
- Well-organised, compassionate, and motivated to continue learning and developing professionally
