Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position in Umm Al Quwain for an Office Boy. The role supports day-to-day office functioning by keeping the workspace clean and orderly, carrying out basic errands, managing supplies, and helping with routine clerical and administrative tasks.
Key Duties
- Keep the office, including desks, meeting areas, pantry, and shared spaces, neat and well organized.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments for employees and guests.
- Carry out general office errands such as document delivery, photocopying, filing, and mail distribution.
- Help arrange meeting rooms and maintain availability of office materials and supplies.
- Track pantry items and cleaning stock, and notify the team when replenishment is needed.
- Contribute to a polite, tidy, and welcoming atmosphere for both visitors and staff.
