The company is building Oxide: Survival Island, a multiplayer survival shooter for mobile devices, and is open to adding people who are motivated, creative, and eager to grow with the team.
Role overview
The company is hiring a well-organized and dependable Office Manager to keep the office running smoothly on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the office space so day-to-day operations remain in good working order.
- Keep the workplace tidy, well-arranged, and comfortable for staff and visitors.
- Purchase, arrange, and replenish supplies, snacks, and groceries for the office.
- Work with outside vendors and contractors such as cleaners, maintenance teams, repair technicians, and security providers.
- Track office requirements and address operational problems before they escalate.
- Help create a workplace atmosphere that is positive, smooth, and efficient.
Requirements
- Prior experience in office administration or office management.
- Strong command of English and Greek.
- Knowledge of Russian is considered an important plus.
- High level of accountability and close attention to detail.
- Strong appreciation for order, cleanliness, and organization.
- Solid communication and coordination abilities.
- Self-driven, dependable, and proactive approach to work.
