About the Role
Holliday Ingram is looking for a people-centered Office Manager to support its Upstate offices in Anderson, Greenville, and Spartanburg. This position is a hands-on leadership role focused on keeping daily operations organized, helping employees feel supported, and ensuring strong coordination across locations.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support administrative, reception, and closing support staff across multiple offices.
- Act as a dependable point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and day-to-day guidance.
- Build a team culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, professionalism, and excellent client service.
- Handle routine concerns related to performance, attendance, and workplace conduct, escalating more serious matters to HR or leadership when needed.
- Coordinate coverage during absences, vacations, leaves, and open positions.
- Work with attorneys and Closing Directors to reassign files, closings, and other responsibilities as necessary.
- Help balance workloads and plan staffing resources across offices.
- Support onboarding and help new hires settle in successfully.
- Promote consistency in procedures, communication, and employee experience across all office locations.
- Share organizational updates, process changes, expectations, training information, and meeting communications.
- Spot operational issues and collaborate with leadership on improvements.
- Serve as a connection point between employees, attorneys, Closing Directors, HR, and firm leadership.
- Maintain regular visibility across Upstate offices and travel between locations as needed.
- Help ensure service standards, support, and communication remain consistent across the region.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in leadership, office management, or people management.
- Proven ability to coach employees, strengthen relationships, and handle workplace concerns with professionalism.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Experience with employee engagement, training, or onboarding efforts.
- Background leading teams across more than one location.
- Experience in a legal or real estate setting is preferred, especially with knowledge of real estate closing procedures and terminology.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other business software tools.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between offices.
