Role Overview

This role is an operations internship based in the field, covering residential property visits across selected Noida-area micro-markets, including Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, and nearby locations. What You Will Do

  • Travel to residential properties across the assigned Noida micro-markets and complete organized flat walkthroughs.
  • Take clear photos and videos of properties in line with the company’s content and shooting standards.
  • Enter accurate property information into the CRM from the field, including flat specifications, amenities, pricing details, and seller data.
  • Work with brokers/channel partners and sellers to arrange and verify visit schedules.
  • Record daily visit updates and field observations for the team lead.
  • Support seller onboarding and first-stage documentation after receiving training.

Candidate Profile

  • You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any stream.
  • Backgrounds related to real estate, business, or technology are preferred.
  • You must have your own vehicle, as the role requires daily travel across multiple localities.
  • You must be available on weekends, especially Saturday and Sunday, since these are the busiest days.
  • You should be comfortable using smartphone apps, CRM systems, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp-based workflows.
