Product Manager - New Product Development

Role Overview

As a Product Manager focused on New Product Development within Foundry, you will help bring new-to-market products and solutions to life across core payments and services. This role spans idea discovery, product shaping, validation, testing and launch support for both near-term opportunities that can generate revenue quickly and longer-horizon concepts that support strategic differentiation.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate ideas for new products and solutions, including running workshops and creating supporting materials.
• Help define product concepts and prototypes while independently handling assigned deliverables.
• Work with Product, Engineering, and CX&D partners on concept validation and market testing, taking ownership of specific tasks.
• Support or lead business case creation and planning for individual products.
• Prepare polished materials that support internal reviews and decision-making.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and track follow-up actions through completion.
• Collaborate with CXD, Product, and R&D teams by translating priorities into actionable requirements.
• Operate effectively in a matrixed environment and help drive outcomes within tight timelines.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the payments acceptance ecosystem.
• Experience in acquirer payments and/or developing stablecoin product propositions, ideally in product development, product management, or consulting.
• Excellent analytical ability along with strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in product development and management, including opportunity identification, concept creation, business model innovation, and market testing for global products.
• Background in payments innovation and delivering new value propositions to market.
• Comfort working with technical details and partnering with R&D teams.
• Ability to connect people and ideas and work well in a matrixed organization.
• Must have unrestricted right to work in the UK.

Corporate Security Responsibilities

Anyone with access to Mastercard assets, information, or systems is expected to follow security policies, protect confidentiality and integrity of data, report any suspected security issue, and complete required periodic security training.

This position is based in London, England, United Kingdom and is an onsite role.
