Project Manager

Role overview

An established technology consulting organization is hiring a senior Project Manager to oversee software delivery initiatives for the oil and gas domain in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is an onsite position suited to someone who has led large, complex projects and can drive execution across multiple teams with a strong Agile and Scrum mindset.

What you will do

• Own software projects from the planning stage through final delivery.
• Track and manage scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and project risks.
• Run Agile and Scrum meetings and make sure delivery follows best practices.
• Work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to keep projects moving successfully.
• Review progress regularly and share clear updates with leadership.
• Spot delivery issues early and handle them while protecting quality and efficiency.

What we are looking for

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 10 years of project management experience.
• Deep working knowledge of Agile and Scrum delivery methods.
• A strong history of delivering software development projects successfully.
• Excellent capability in leadership, communication, stakeholder handling, and problem-solving.
• Strong command over planning, execution, and cross-team coordination.

Preferred experience and tools

• Background working with software teams and SDLC-based delivery.
• Exposure to project tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar systems.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications will be considered an added advantage.
