Role Overview
Advanced Manufacturing Tech Solutions is seeking a Project Scheduler to support project management activities in Singapore. This full-time onsite role requires extensive scheduling expertise, with a strong background in large-scale project environments and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager with schedule control and project coordination.
- Prepare and refresh the overall project schedule and progress update every week.
- Gather status updates from the execution team, revise the P6 schedule to reforecast the remaining work, and update the S Curve for CQ execution.
- Own the scheduling plan for the planned shutdown scheduled in December 2026.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to make sure every required activity is included within the shutdown window.
- Partner with different functions to review task relationships, including predecessors and successors.
- Establish a schedule baseline when appropriate.
- Monitor schedule changes and assess their impact on critical paths to avoid execution issues.
- Share weekly status, risks, and forecasts for critical activities with the Project Manager.
- Escalate issues early to the Project Manager and keep relevant stakeholders informed through regular updates.
- Follow strong scheduling and schedule-management practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders so everyone understands the work that needs to be completed.
Candidate Profile
The preferred candidate will have prior experience supporting scheduling in a large project setting, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team and manage coordination across multiple parties. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus, though it is not mandatory.
