Role Overview

Unibuild Garage L.L.C is looking for a Procurement / Purchaser Officer with solid experience in contracting and construction procurement. This position is based in Dubai and is suited to someone who understands the UAE construction market, can handle sourcing efficiently, and can manage purchasing activities independently.

What You’ll Be Handling

• Manage procurement activities for construction and contracting needs.
• Source materials, equipment, and subcontracting services as required.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure suitable terms.
• Maintain and use established relationships within the UAE market.
• Coordinate multiple procurement requests while working with minimal supervision.
• Prepare and manage procurement-related documentation using Microsoft Office tools.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of procurement experience in the construction or contracting sector.
• A well-established network of suppliers and subcontractors in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, equipment, and subcontract work.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Capability to work independently and prioritize several purchasing needs at once.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and procurement paperwork.
• A valid UAE driving licence is required.

Additional Information

This role requires prior UAE market experience and hands-on exposure to procurement in a construction-focused environment.
