Role Overview
The Regional Director is a senior, growth-focused leader who will help expand the company’s reach and strengthen its influence across the assigned region. This position is centered on long-term regional strategy, building high-value partnerships, and ensuring each location operates smoothly and consistently. The role also acts as a bridge between field teams and senior leadership, with hands-on support provided wherever needed to protect service quality and operational continuity.
Strategy and Growth
- Create and drive a regional growth plan that supports company objectives and market potential.
- Spot opportunities to increase the organization’s presence and service coverage in the region.
- Review market trends and performance data to guide decisions on strategy and resource use.
- Work closely with the Senior Regional Director to define goals, predict growth, and share progress updates.
- Promote a growth-oriented culture across the region so teams focus beyond daily operations.
- Monitor regional KPIs and provide leadership with regular reports and practical recommendations.
Partnerships and Community Relations
- Build and sustain strong relationships with community groups, nonprofits, and local stakeholders to strengthen brand trust and visibility.
- Manage client relationships in a way that supports excellent service, repeat business, and referrals.
- Handle vendor and supplier partnerships to maintain quality, value, and dependable service across locations.
- Represent the organization in community programs, networking events, and partner meetings.
- Support regional marketing efforts in collaboration with the Senior Regional Director.
Leadership and Team Development
- Lead, coach, and support Office Managers while encouraging accountability and professional development.
- Reinforce company values, mission, and policies consistently across all locations.
- Provide focused guidance to locations that are below expected brand standards or growth targets.
- Encourage ongoing learning and improvement through training and development initiatives.
Compliance and Safety
- Make sure compliance standards and best practices are applied consistently throughout the region.
- Maintain alignment with all applicable Federal, State, AHCA, and local regulations.
- Carry out audits and reviews to identify compliance issues early and resolve them quickly.
- Lead the regional Safety Committee and run regular safety meetings.
- Help managers ensure office practices follow company handbooks and internal policies.
Resource and Asset Management
- Manage the purchasing of office supplies across regional locations.
- Oversee the upkeep and proper care of company vehicles and property.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate people at every level.
- Demonstrated success in building strategic partnerships and supporting market or regional growth.
- Strong leadership presence with a history of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable making decisions based on data and problem-solving.
- Experience handling vendor, client, and community relationships at the same time.
- Comfort with relevant software, systems, and reporting tools.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently throughout the region.
