About the role
Infinity is hiring a Client Success Manager / Relationship Manager to work from Southport on the Gold Coast. This is a full-time position with standard hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, plus the possibility of occasional evenings and weekends. After probation, you can work from home one day each week.
The role is focused on helping clients make real progress toward paying off their home loans faster and building financial freedom through structure, education, and ongoing accountability. The business is built around challenging the usual way home loans work and delivering measurable outcomes for clients who pay a premium subscription for hands-on support.
Compensation and working arrangement
The package includes a base salary of $90,000 plus incentives, with on-target earnings of around $130,000 or more. The company also highlights strong perks, including the opportunity to work toward your own financial goals through investment properties.
What the job involves
You will manage a client portfolio of up to about 150 clients, including both individuals and couples. Most contact is virtual, with roughly 95% of interactions happening by phone, video meetings, messaging, or email. You will still meet clients in person at major events from time to time, including large Gold Coast events and occasional interstate travel.
Your work will include monthly structured check-ins, yearly reviews, keeping clients accountable to their plan, helping them adapt when life changes occur, and identifying risks early so action can be taken quickly. You will also work closely with internal teams such as Strategy, Brokerage, and Property to ensure a smooth client experience. Accurate record keeping and compliance will be important parts of the role.
What makes the company different
Infinity positions itself as a direct, outcome-driven business rather than a typical finance company. The team values honesty, practical advice, and strong results over polished language or empty metrics. The environment is energetic, fast-growing, and focused on helping clients achieve meaningful financial outcomes.
Who this role suits
The company is open to people from a range of backgrounds. Suitable experience may come from relationship management, client success, coaching, case management, account management, education, or service leadership. A finance background can help, but it is not essential because the technical side can be taught.
Strong personal fit matters most. The team is looking for someone who genuinely cares about people, communicates confidently, stays organised, follows through, and can handle pace and volume without losing composure.
Team and growth
The client success team currently includes around 45 Relationship Managers / Client Success Managers and is expected to grow significantly over the next 18 months. The wider organisation has approximately 230 employees, with headquarters on the Gold Coast and additional offices in Melbourne, Sydney, and Wollongong. The company has also secured office space in Las Vegas for expansion into the United States.
Requirements and non-negotiables
Applicants must be able to pass a credit history check with a minimum score of 600, as well as a police check. Two professional references are required. Candidates must hold full, unrestricted working rights in Australia and be available for full-time work at the Southport headquarters.
Why work here
The role offers genuine career growth in a business that is expanding quickly, a strong base salary with performance-linked incentives, and a structured six-week onboarding and training program. Employees also receive free access to become an Infinity client themselves, along with the chance to join a motivated team that is focused on outcomes.
Application process
Applicants should submit an updated CV through the job board. To help your application stand out, you may also send a short video of around 60 to 90 seconds answering why you believe you are the right person to help clients achieve financial freedom and why you want to work at Infinity. The video is optional and does not need to be polished or edited.
All applications must be submitted with a CV through the job board. CVs sent by email will not be accepted. Optional videos may be sent to Lachlan Baldwin, Talent Manager, at the provided email address. Candidates may also contact Lachlan Baldwin on LinkedIn before applying if they want to chat first.
Additional information
The company shares a broader message about how a typical $1,000,000 home loan over 30 years can result in roughly $1.28 million in interest paid back. Infinity’s mission is to help clients cut through that pattern by using strategy, education, and accountability to reduce loan terms dramatically and save large amounts in interest.
The role may be described as similar to a personal trainer, but for budgets, habits, debt reduction, and financial progress rather than fitness goals. Candidates who are naturally responsible, enjoy coaching, and are motivated by helping others succeed may be especially well suited.
The company notes that the office culture is high energy, direct, and highly focused on results.
