Role Overview
YES BANK is hiring a Relationship Manager for its Small Enterprises (SE) working capital products team in Mumbai. This position is designed for a driven professional who can build business, manage client relationships, and support portfolio growth while keeping credit quality and compliance in focus.
The role covers clients with turnover of up to ₹100 Cr. The selected candidate will be expected to source new business, strengthen existing relationships, and actively promote relevant banking solutions through cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities
- Bring in new-to-bank clients from the small enterprise segment, specifically businesses with turnover up to ₹100 Cr, using market insights, referrals, and professional networking.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers by staying actively engaged and ensuring strong client satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze financials and draft detailed credit notes for both new and existing customers, assessing risk and building proposals aligned with the bank’s credit framework.
- Work closely with internal credit stakeholders on proposal evaluation and sanction approvals, while clearly understanding client requirements and matching them with suitable products.
- Protect portfolio quality by ensuring renewals are completed on time, limits remain compliant, documentation stays current, and early warning indicators are tracked.
- Drive cross-sell opportunities across trade finance, treasury, cash management, insurance, and working capital offerings.
Candidate Profile
The bank is looking for a commercially minded relationship professional with a strong sense of ownership, the ability to grow business, and the discipline to manage risk.
Eligibility
Graduates or postgraduates in Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline, with 3-4 years of experience in corporate, SME, or middle-market banking.
Additional Information
This role requires a solid grasp of credit analysis and financial statement interpretation, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills. The candidate should also be capable of balancing business development with risk control and portfolio management.
