Role OverviewThis position focuses on driving retail sales through a defined network of relationships while supporting regional business targets. The role involves market outreach, distributor engagement, partner activation, and disciplined reporting to help grow folios and SIP business.Retail Sales ExecutionGenerate continuous sales through assigned relationships and contribute to the region’s overall performance.Study market inputs to spot prospective customers, make direct sales pitches, and work with channel partners to expand business.Map distributor profiles and address their needs so that repeat and sustained business can be secured.Work toward adding the required number of folios and achieving the planned new SIP volumes.Distributor Empanelment & EngagementMaintain regular communication and meetings with distributors.Handle distributor empanelment and activation activities.Share product updates and other relevant information promptly.Plan and run training sessions and engagement activities for partners.Reporting and ComplianceMaintain full adherence to internal reporting and audit requirements.Submit weekly updates to Regional Heads and Channel Heads.Keep the sales portal updated with the necessary information for data collation and analysis.Arrange installation of advertising and promotional material to improve brand visibility.
