Role overview
The Remote Project Team Coordinator is responsible for keeping project teams aligned by organizing communication, timelines, and day-to-day operational support. This role helps ensure that schedules are on track, records are accurate, and stakeholders stay informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate activities across project teams.
- Arrange meetings, check-ins, and project status updates.
- Keep project files, logs, and documentation current and well maintained.
- Assist with monitoring tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
- Act as a communication bridge between internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of reports and other required updates.
Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting projects is preferred.
- Strong planning and organizational ability.
- Good interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.

Compensation and benefits
