Overview

An expanding holiday homes business in Abu Dhabi is hiring a Revenue Manager to lead pricing, forecasting, and distribution efforts across its property portfolio. The role is focused on improving revenue performance, occupancy, and overall profitability while supporting a smooth guest experience.

What you'll do

  • Create and refine revenue plans that support business growth.
  • Set and adjust dynamic pricing based on demand, market conditions, and competitor activity.
  • Project occupancy levels and future demand trends.
  • Track the competition and use market insights to guide decisions.
  • Work to improve ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and total revenue.
  • Review booking pace and react quickly to shifts in demand.
  • Improve performance across OTAs and other online channels.
  • Oversee distribution strategy across sales channels.
  • Build and share weekly and monthly revenue performance reports.
  • Suggest promotional ideas and campaigns when needed.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams.

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, Economics, or a similar discipline.
  • At least 3 to 7+ years of experience in revenue management.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in holiday homes, hotels, serviced apartments, or vacation rentals.
  • Prior work managing a portfolio of 50 to 300+ properties is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of the UAE holiday homes market is an added advantage.

Skills and KPI knowledge

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with revenue forecasting, market analysis, pricing strategy, data interpretation, financial reporting, business intelligence, negotiation, leadership, decision-making, and advanced Excel.

They should also be able to monitor and manage key performance indicators such as occupancy percentage, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace, lead time, length of stay, cancellation rate, conversion rate, net revenue, gross booking value, and owner profitability.
