Stock Controller

About the role

This position focuses on keeping the store’s back-of-house running smoothly through disciplined stock control and day-to-day administrative support. The goal is to free up the sales team to spend more time with clients while maintaining the service and operational standards expected of the Maison.

Key responsibilities

Stock management

• Keep stockrooms for products and packaging accurate, tidy, and easy to work in.
• Oversee deliveries, restocking, and product readiness on the sales floor.
• Work with the Supply Chain team to meet client demand through MPR-related processes.

Administration and operations

• Administer supplier agreements, store upkeep, and supply requirements.
• Coordinate with HR administration and payroll on timesheets and supporting documents.
• Assist with workforce planning based on store traffic and commercial priorities.
• Process expense claims and ensure internal audit requirements are followed.

After-sales support

• Track repairs and after-sales requests with a strong focus on client service.
• Make sure quality-related issues are monitored and resolved appropriately.

Profile

• Prior exposure to stock handling, store operations, or retail administration.
• Very strong organizational habits and careful attention to detail.
• Dependable, methodical, and oriented toward service excellence.
• Able to collaborate across functions within a retail store environment.
