About the Role

In this development role, you will be prepared for a future Store Manager position through a structured learning path designed to build retail leadership capability.

The Store Manager in Training program is built to strengthen your readiness for store leadership through a 16-week self-paced and collaborative training experience. You will learn through both virtual and hands-on formats, with support from a District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach.

What You Will Do

  • Build the leadership skills needed to move toward a Store Manager role.
  • Work alongside management as a team member and help lead in line with CVS values and policies.
  • Support customer service, sales growth, inventory control, and store profitability.
  • Take part in key learning experiences with your leader throughout the structured program.
  • Encourage and support colleagues in delivering on the company’s purpose of helping people improve their health.
  • Be open to promotion opportunities within the market where you work.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected hourly pay range for this role is $18.50 to $23.88. Final pay may vary based on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
