Role Overview
Lian Hin Pte Ltd is looking for a Store/Inventory Admin to support day-to-day store and inventory activities at its Singapore location. The role focuses on keeping stock records accurate, maintaining store order, and ensuring items are available when needed.
Key Duties
- Set up and keep the store database updated.
- Handle daily stock-out activities.
- Place orders and restock store items as required.
- Receive incoming stock and record stock-ins accurately.
- Keep the store clean, well-organised, and aligned with compliance standards.
- Carry out monthly stock counts.
Working Arrangement
This is a five-day work week position based onsite in Singapore.
Requirements
- Candidates should have at least Primary, O-Level, or A-Level education in any discipline.
- The ability to work on your own with minimal supervision is important.
- Prior experience in storing, issuing, shipping, and receiving materials and supplies is preferred.
- Experience with purchasing procedures and inventory control methods will be an advantage.
