Role Overview
This position is for a Sub Lead Recruiter based in Hyderabad. The role is centered on end-to-end IT recruitment and requires hands-on experience in managing the complete hiring cycle for client needs.
Work Schedule
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with Saturday work from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
Location
KPHB, 5th Phase, Hyderabad, India.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment process from opening requisitions to sourcing candidates, securing offers, and closing positions.
- Handle team coordination and client communication as part of daily recruitment operations.
- Identify and screen suitable profiles through sourcing, cold-calling, and initial shortlisting.
- Coordinate client interviews and follow up to obtain interview feedback.
- Search for candidates through job portals such as Monster, LinkedIn, and Naukri, along with other digital channels.
- Use alternate sourcing methods including headhunting, referrals, social networking platforms, and job postings.
- Participate in weekly discussions with account managers and prepare weekly status reports.
- Maintain candidate engagement and keep applicant information updated in internal databases.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Prior experience in team management and client-facing recruitment.
- Experience in IT hiring and domestic staffing environments.
- Ability to source talent through multiple channels and techniques.
- Comfort with candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
