About the role
Rakuten Viber is seeking an energetic and forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Partner to join its international hiring team in London. This position offers the chance to help recruit talent for a product used by hundreds of millions of people worldwide and to contribute to the company’s evolution toward a super-app. The broader mission is to simplify everyday life by helping people stay connected with family and friends, nurture business relationships, and support personal interests.
What you’ll do
In this position, you will manage hiring across several business areas such as research and development, business, finance, marketing, product, and related functions. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from attracting candidates through to final hiring, while working closely with leaders across the business to support workforce planning and hiring priorities.
- Run the complete hiring process, including candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer management.
- Work with hiring managers to strengthen talent pipelines and improve recruitment approaches.
- Ensure candidates have a positive and professional experience throughout the process.
- Explore and apply new sourcing methods to reach high-quality talent.
- Use recruitment data and ATS tools such as Spark/Comeet to support better hiring outcomes.
- Coach managers on good hiring practices and interview methods.
- Guide and support managers in defining staffing needs and arranging interviews.
What we’re looking for
The ideal candidate will bring strong recruitment experience in technology environments, along with confidence in interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder management. This role suits someone who can balance multiple priorities, stay organized under deadlines, and work independently with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with exposure to local and international hiring in the tech sector, ideally across European and Asian markets.
- Strong ability to conduct behavioral interviews.
- Proven success in building candidate pipelines using LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort handling several priorities at once and meeting deadlines.
- Independent, highly motivated, and attentive to detail.
- Positive, hands-on approach with the ability to work on your own initiative.
- Professional fluency in both English and Hebrew, written and spoken.
