Role overview

This position is part of a manufacturing setup where you will independently run and look after at least one process, machine, or system. The role follows autonomous maintenance practices and uses technical know-how to improve equipment and line performance in line with business needs.

What you will do

You will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment while supporting the plant’s goals for safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and team morale. The job involves carrying out standard work through autonomous maintenance and progressive maintenance practices, making sure safety procedures are followed, and supporting quality assurance work. You will also participate in planned shutdown maintenance, root-cause investigations, downtime reduction efforts, loss analysis, and eliminating breakdowns.

What you should bring

The role calls for practical experience and familiarity with machine operations, TPM tools, machinery safety and quality standards, and the ability to read and write in the site’s working language. You should be comfortable working with diverse teams, and knowledge of total productive maintenance methods will be an added advantage.

Working details

The scheduled working time for this position is 8 hours. This is a regular, full-time manufacturing role based onsite in Satyavedu, Andhra Pradesh, India.
