Technical Recruiter

Role overview

We are hiring a Technical Recruiter to help identify and attract exceptional technology talent for fast-growing, venture-backed startups. This position offers exposure to high-profile companies, including frontier AI teams and other leading tech startups, and is suited to someone eager to build a career in recruiting.

What you will do

• Find and connect with strong technical candidates for exciting startup roles.
• Develop and maintain a personal candidate network while helping strengthen the overall talent funnel.
• Build a strong understanding of recruiting fundamentals and progress toward handling the full recruitment cycle over time.
• Work from the Manhattan office and collaborate closely with the team in person.

Who we are looking for

• A recent graduate or early-career professional who is resourceful, organized, and motivated by results.
• Preferably someone with 1 to 2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent operations.
• An entrepreneurial thinker who takes initiative, stays ambitious, and enjoys learning.

Work location

This is an on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with in-office work expected in Manhattan.
