Role Overview
This contract position is for a Test Data Management specialist supporting enterprise data privacy and testing needs within the insurance domain in India. The role calls for strong hands-on experience with industry-standard TDM platforms and practical knowledge of database environments used in modern data stacks.
Experience Needed
Candidates should bring 6 to 10 years of overall experience, including at least 4 years spent working with test data management tools and related practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement test data management solutions using standard enterprise tools such as Broadcom/CA TDM, Delphix, Informatica TDM, K2view, or Innov8.
- Apply enterprise-grade data masking methods to protect sensitive information while preserving data usability for testing.
- Work with a variety of masking algorithms and select appropriate approaches based on business and security requirements.
- Generate synthetic test data through established TDM tooling to support testing scenarios.
- Operate within Azure database and Snowflake environments as part of the test data management workflow.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of direct experience in test data management using one or more widely used TDM platforms.
- Proven background in implementing data masking at an enterprise scale.
- Strong familiarity with masking techniques and algorithms.
- Experience creating synthetic datasets for testing purposes.
- Working knowledge of Azure databases and Snowflake.
- Relevant industry exposure in Insurance is expected.
